We know the wait is part of the excitement. Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you order to the moment it arrives.

Order Processing

We process every order within 1–3 business days (weekends and holidays don't count). During busier periods, it might take a touch longer — thanks for your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping is free, always, anywhere in the United States. Expect delivery in 5–10 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location. Occasionally carriers run behind, especially during busy seasons — that part's out of our hands, but we're watching too.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

The moment your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number, active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

If any customs fees or taxes apply to your order, those are the customer's responsibility — we don't add markups on top, that's just how international shipping works.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away at info@arkenovajewelry.com with a photo of the item and packaging — we'll take it from there and make it right, whether that's a replacement or another solution. Please save all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
