How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery to the US takes 5–10 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We also offer Priority shipping (1–2 business days) at checkout.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 200 countries. International delivery times vary by destination (typically 3–10 business days). Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period.

How do I get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at info@arkenovajewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right.

What materials are used in your jewelry?
Our pieces are crafted over stainless steel with 14k White Gold or 18k Yellow Gold finishes, and feature high-quality cubic zirconia (CZ) crystals. They are designed to be durable, hypoallergenic, and long-lasting.

Does the jewelry come in a gift box?
Yes! Every order includes a soft-touch gift box. You can also upgrade to our Luxury Mahogany Box with LED spotlight at checkout — perfect for gifting.

Is a message card included?
